Exercising your Rights

California Residents can submit a verifiable consumer request to us to exercise their rights either by calling our toll-free number or by emailing us at the contact information below. You can only make a request twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify your identity (or that of an authorized representative) and to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Requests for Household Information

If you make a request for personal information about a household, and you have a password-protected account with us, we may process these requests for you. If you make such request and do not have a password-protected account with us, we may not process your request unless all of the following conditions are met:

We endeavor to respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
